As for the report that you were generating, could you provide me the clientCustomerId and the complete report definition <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/reporting#create_a_report_definition> that you used? You may reply via the *Reply privately to author* option.
I asked because I want to investigate if the data you are trying to retrieve cannot be downloaded directly via the AdWords API.
