Hi, You need to set the clientCustomerId as your client account, and not an MCC account as the services (CampaignService, AdGroupService, etc.) that you are using to retrieve the entities are for client accounts only. Actually, all the services in the AdWords API except ManagedCustomerService and CustomerService must be run using a client account, and not an MCC account.
Kindly change your targeted clientCustomerId <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-php-lib/blob/master/examples/AdWords/adsapi_php.ini#L5> in the property file and let me know if the issue persists.
