Hi Alex, I'm afraid the SystemStatus <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201609/BiddingStrategyService.SharedBiddingStrategy#systemstatus> field of the 201609 version is no longer supported in the 201708 version of the AdWords API. It has been removed since the release of the 201702 <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/release-notes/v201702#bidding_improvements_and_changes> version and there had been no announcements regarding a replacement or alternative field.
