Hi, You need to use ConversionTrackerService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201708/ConversionTrackerService#get> to retrieve the list of the conversion trackers in an AdWords account. This guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/objects-methods#the_get_method> describe shows how to use the get() method to retrieve AdWords objects. The list of selector fields available for ConversionTrackerService is provided here <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/selectorfields#v201708-ConversionTrackerService> .
