Hi, When you upload new Feeds or FeedItems, the historical performance data of the existing Feeds and FeedItems is not affected. You should be able to use Placeholder Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/placeholder-report> and Placeholder Feed Item Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/placeholder-feed-item-report> to get statistics aggregated at the Feed and FeedItem level respectively.
