You can use AdWordsSessionBuilder <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-php-lib/blob/master/src/Google/AdsApi/AdWords/AdWordsSessionBuilder.php#L216> and specify the clientCustomerId using the withClientCustomerId() method. You can refer to the DownloadCriteriaReportWithAwql.php <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-php-lib/blob/master/examples/AdWords/v201708/Reporting/DownloadCriteriaReportWithAwql.php> which shows how to download a Criteria Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/criteria-performance-report>. You can download a Campaign Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/campaign-performance-report> in a similar manner.
