I worked with the test account, it worked. Since the receipt of the token 
passed about six months. Whether the application for basic access was 
considered, it is not known, no letters from Google. Two more times I 
applied manually, using the link "Apply for Basic Access" (next to Access 
Level: Test Accounts), about 2 months ago and a week ago. Silence. How do I 
get through to support? I can not find any contacts for communication. The 
only thing I saw from the connection is the phone of Russian technical 
support for AdWords, where they told me that there was nothing we could do 
to help. Help with the problem, please.
