Hi Tim, You are missing the reportName and dateRangeType in your request. Kindly see this sample report definition <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/reporting#create_a_report_definition> so you can emulate on your end.
If the issue still persists after doing the suggestion, kindly provide your latest report definition so I can check.
