Hi Jiwon, I'm a colleague of Ivan and I will be providing support for now. As mentioned previously by Ivan, you will not be able to retrieve radius or address information using the LocationCriterionService. Additionally, targetable locations as seen in the AdWords UI are currently not supported in the AdWords API. You may follow our blog <http://googleadsdeveloper.blogspot.com/search/label/adwords_api> for any updates if and when it can be available.
If you have implemented radius/proximity targeting then what you need to use instead is the CampaignCriterionService.get <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201708/CampaignCriterionService#get> to retrieve the Proximity <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201708/CampaignCriterionService.Proximity> information you need such as the RadiusDistanceUnits <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201708/CampaignCriterionService.Proximity#radiusdistanceunits> , RadiusInUnits <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201708/CampaignCriterionService.Proximity#radiusinunits>, and Address <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201708/CampaignCriterionService.Proximity#address> fields of the said criterion.
