Hello, The *NOT_ADS_USER* <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/common-errors#AuthenticationError.NOT_ADS_USER> error usually means that the login used to generate the OAuth2 access token is not associated with any AdWords account. Can you make sure that you entered the correct credentials in the adsapi_php.ini <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-php-lib/blob/master/examples/AdWords/adsapi_php.ini> file and that the credentials belong to a valid AdWords account user?
If you continue to have an issue with this, could you enable logging <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-php-lib#configuring-logging> and send over the SOAP request and response logs along with the email address used for authentication so I can take a look?
