Hi Saulius, The RateExceededError may still be generated since your rateScope is equal to ACCOUNT which means that, the limit was exceeded at the AdWords account level, and not on the developer token level. You may check this guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/rate-limits#elements_of_rateexceedederror> for more information regarding this. According to the guide under "Account rate scope", the "rate limit across Account rate scope is metered on all requests to a single AdWords account - *no matter which developer token was used* to make the request".
With this, since the account level rateScope was being hit, then what I can suggest is just to slow down <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/rate-limits#slow_down> and retry your requests.
