Hi, Getting the cost from Account Performance Report and using a formula to get the actual remaining balance will give you an estimated value, but this does not necessarily mean that it will be the same value with the AdWords UI. This functionality is not fully supported yet in the AdWords API. If you haven't done so, you can follow our blog <http://googleadsdeveloper.blogspot.com/search/label/adwords_api> for any AdWords API future releases.
