Hi, I am defining a matching function as IDENTITY(true). When I specify this matching function for the customer feed, it should apply to all feed items. However, what I see in UI, is a 'custom setting' that displays only the feed name but doesn't show any feed items. In future, if I add a feed item to the feed, does it automatically get associated with the Customer feed? If I directly add the customer feed through UI, I am able to add the items and I see the items displayed under the tab, 'Account Extensions'. That's not the case when I try to do with IDENTITY(true).
Also, another observation is I added a customer feed with matching function specifying the feed items. Next time, when I add a feed item and associate to the customer, it says, customer feed already exists. I was only able to add the feed item by removing the customer feed, get all the feed items from the feed and then create a new customer feed and associate the same. Is it supposed to be this way? Appreciate if anybody of you could shed some light. Thank you!
