Hi Calin, It looks like the XML being sent to the BatchJobService isn't quite right. There appears to be a capitalization issue. It should be <TargetingAdGroupId> rather than <targetingAdGroupId>. I've sent this over to our PHP client library owner to see if something there needs to be changed.
