Hi Ahsan, I'm afraid it's not possible to determine the access level of the user who authenticated the API request. You could consider the suggestion provided in this thread <https://groups.google.com/d/msg/adwords-api/ZYew3yuMVYY/RiGqjhSPBAAJ> for a similar question.
