Hi Nadav, To better look into your concern, could you provide your clientCustomerId, any SOAP request and response generated when you uploaded your conversions, the complete report definition used to fetch the conversions in the report, and the generated report file? You may reply using *Reply privately to author*.
As for the report that returns information on the accepted conversions, normally, all the reports that support the conversion fields <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/conversion-tracking#conversion_fields_available_in_reporting> already returns information of those conversions that have been successfully uploaded.
