Hi, You may still be able to maintain bids at the criterion level, what has been restricted for bidding (since version 201705) is the overriding of bidding strategies at the keyword and ad group level. This would mean that setting the biddingStrategyType, biddingStrategyId, and biddingScheme can only be done at the campaign level.
