Hello, I have some doubts regarding campaign budgets. As far I understand it, the budget `amount` field is actually the daily budget amount for a given campaign (or multiple campaigns, if the budget is shared). It is possible to set a total budget limit for a single campaign, i.e. a limit spanning the entire campaign duration? I'm aware that I can set a `spendingLimit` at the *account* level using the BudgetOrderService, but I would like to know if I can do that also at *campaign* level.
I have also another question, which is related to the first one. If I'm only able to set a daily budget amount and if its `deliveryMethod` is set to STANDARD, which is exactly the time period considered by the AdWords budget server to perform throttling? A single day? The entire duration of the campaign (and in this case, which is the amount AdWords is allowed to spend)?
