Hi Joel, I'm afraid you cannot retrieve the raw image data of a Media using MediaService. If you would like to reuse existing Images to create new ResponsiveDisplayAds, you can populate the Image.mediaId <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201705/AdGroupAdService.Image#mediaid> field with the MediaId as shown here <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-php-lib/blob/master/examples/AdWords/v201705/AdvancedOperations/AddResponsiveDisplayAd.php#L68>. You can use MediaService to retrieve the uploaded images as shown here <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-php-lib/blob/master/examples/AdWords/v201705/Misc/GetAllImagesAndVideos.php> .
