Hi Dorian, The error MUTATE_ACTION_NOT_PERMITTED_FOR_CLIENT <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/common-errors#OperationAccessDenied.MUTATE_ACTION_NOT_PERMITTED_FOR_CLIENT> means that an update was attempted via the API on a campaign that was created via the AdWords Express account. This operation is not permitted. Was the specific campaign created via the AdWords Express account? If not, could you please *Reply privately to author* and share your SOAP logs?
Video campaigns are not supported via the API.
