Hi, Please note that there isn't 1-1 mapping between the Campaign subtypes in the UI and AdWords API since the AdWords UI sub-types are mostly used for controlling which AdWords UI elements are available when working with a campaign in the UI. Campaigns created via AdWords API are equivalent to "All features" campaign in the UI.
You could consider using the AdvertisingChannelType and AdvertisingChannelSubType fields in Campaign Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/campaign-performance-report> to get the Advertising Channel and the Advertising Sub Channel of your campaigns.
