Hi Lukas, Could you provide me the complete SOAP request and response generated when you encountered the error? Additonally, could you also provide a screenshot of the task you are working on which also preferably contains a sample of the banner template you mentioned? If in case you have not enabled your SOAP logging, please provide the which AdWords API client library <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/first-api-call#get_a_client_library> you are using so I can direct you to the appropriate guide on how to enable your SOAP.
