Hi Ted, There is currently no field in the reports which provides information as to how many client accounts are under a manager. You may however, use the ManagedCustomerService.get <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201702/ManagedCustomerService#get> to fetch the heirarchy under a specific MCC account. You may refer to the GetAccountHierarchy <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/samples/java/account-management#get-the-account-hierarchy-under-the-current-account> example (other languages are also available in the link) in the client library as to how.
