The client libraries 
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/clientlibraries> are only 
meant to provide sample code on how to implement different AdWords API 
services in particular use cases using a specific language. You may then 
implement that same code flow using the same programming language for 
development to whichever platform you wish to run your applications to that 
supports such language. Having said that, it would be best to raise your 
concern to the PHP client library team 
<https://github.com/googleads/googleads-php-lib/issues> as it is more 
specific to PHP client library setup than with the AdWords API.
