Hi, Vishal Our application "Internal Use Only" - "individual advertiser or agency use only; no third-party access to tool (i.e., you're the only one that uses your tool)", i.e. we collect expenses for campaigns of customers for our internal billing system.
Does this mean that we can not compliance the Required Minimum Functionality <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/requirements>? Does this mean that to us in any case will not apply penalties non-compliance fees?
