Hi, The AdWords UI feature you are referring to is mainly on granting login access to another account which is only available in the AdWords UI and not supported via the AdWords API. This documentation <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/accounts-overview#extending_invitations> you've mentioned earlier is particularly referring to sending of linking invitations to any client or manager account that is not currently managed by a manager account in your hierarchy by specifying their clientCustomerId.
