Hi, Are you using test accounts <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/first-api-call#create_test_accounts> for this purpose? Do you have more information (screenshots / logs) on the policy that got violated? To be able to check further, could you please provide me with the SOAP XML request and response logs for the API call that creates the campaign?
