Hi Vishal,

We're currently in the process of uploading every conversion action with 
their accurate values through the API to take advantage of all the machine 
learning that tCPA and tROAS has to offer. We have a significant number of 
offline conversions that we would like to upload as soon as we receive them 
to help with all the algos. However, I just came across this 
TOO_RECENT_CLICK error. Is there any way around this? I know the pixels 
report in real-time so we could rely on that for the portion of conversions 
that are browser based, but I was hoping to get all these other conversions 
in as soon as possible to help the bidding algos.
