Hi, That is correct. Your Basic Access token has a limit of 1,000 daily report downloads <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/rate-limits#operational_limit_based_on_access_level> and you may see an error if you have exceeded that limit during a given 24 hour period. The best option in that case would be to wait for 24 hours before sending another request to the API. Standard Access <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/access-levels#applying_for_standard_access> should definitely help since you can download unlimited number of reports per day using a developer token with Standard Access.
