Hi Arjun, You may get the account changes by using the CustomerSyncService.get <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201702/CustomerSyncService#get> of the AdWords API. An example can be found via the GetAccountChanges <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/samples/java/account-management#get-all-account-changes-during-the-past-24-hours> example (other languages are also available in the link) in the client library.
