Hi, I couldn't find the location IDs you provided in the Geographical Targeting <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/geotargeting> table which probably is the reason why you're getting an empty response from the LocationCriterionService.get() <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201702/LocationCriterionService#get> using those location IDs. Could you *reply to us privately* with the sample report definition you used to generate the CampaignLocationTargetReport containing the problematic IDs as well as a copy of the generated report.
