Hi, Sorry if this is a 'repeat' problem but I've searched the forums and tried various methods to no avail.
I currently have a Production MCC Account, a Test MCC account, a Test AdWords Account (under my Test MCC account). I've done the following: 1. Created a Production MCC account and requested a developer API token 2. Used the Production MCC account Developer token in the supplied PHP Google client libraries / configuration file 3. Created a Test MCC account and Test AdWords account (under the Test MCC account) and placed the Test AdWords account Customer ID in the configuration file 4. Created an OAuth Application under the Test MCC account Google API Developer Console and generated the clientId, clientSecret from the console 5. Generated a refreshToken by using the GetRefreshToken.php script with the above clientId and clientSecret's from the OAuth Application within the Test MCC account Google API Developer console 6. Used the above refreshToken in the configuration file 7. Ran two scripts - GetAccountHierarchy.php and AddCampaigns.php and receiving the error - "QuotaCheckError.ACCOUNT_INACTIVE" In addition, I am having problems getting access to the Production MCC account dashboard - I'm experiencing a javascript loop / redirect problem and the AdWords dashboard is complaining about no Javascript - https://screencast.com/t/2T7SQJgvbk I've tried Firefox, Safari, and Chrome Incognito mode and I still cannot properly access the dashboard. Also, I believe I've accepted the Terms and Conditions under the Production MCC account but I can't confirm that because there's no way to access the Account Settings because of the redirect problem.
