Hi Thu, The Campaign Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/campaign-performance-report> is aggregated at the campaign level while the Account Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/account-performance-report> is aggregated at the account level which is why comparing data between these 2 reports would possibly yield discrepancies.
To help us identify the data discrepancies you are pertaining to, could you send to us privately the complete report definition <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/reporting#create_a_report_definition> used for both reports and your clientCustomerId and specify which data are you pertaining to that are inconsistent between the 2 reports.
