Hi Jimmy,

You will need to login using your production MCC account and not your test 
accounts to get your developer token via the AdWords API Center. Once you 
get your developer token, you will need to include it in your configuration 
file to fix the issue, as the error you encountered indicates that the 
developer token is either missing or invalid. I hope this helps.

If the issue persists, I would recommend that you open a new thread and 
include your concerns for better tracking. We'll continue our discussion
