Hi, The 'invalid_grant' error usually occurs when the authorization code or the refresh token is not valid (is expired, revoked, issued to another client etc). To fix this, you will need to generate the refresh token again. If you need instructions to generate a new one, please check our guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/authentication>.
Refresh tokens usually have a long expiration term however they could stop working due to any of the reasons given here <https://developers.google.com/identity/protocols/OAuth2#expiration>. Could both of you try to regenerate the refresh token? If it still doesn't work, please *reply privately to author* and share the complete SOAP request.
