You may use the URL Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/url-performance-report> using Url <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/url-performance-report#url> and DisplayName <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/url-performance-report#displayname> fields to get the information you described.
The return should be something like: mobileapp::2-com.google.android.launcher, as documented here <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/reporting#criteria_prefixes> (under "MobileApplication" section). Additionally, you can distinguish if it is from iOS or Android by the prefix 1 or 2.
