Hi,

By design In AdWords API, the get() methods does not return all the fields
of an object by default. You will need to set the required fields in the
selector which is passed in as the input to the get() methods. Please check
this
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/objects-methods#the_get_method>
 document
for more details.

If you need all the fields pertaining to the campaigns, please set these
fields to the selector
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/selectorfields#v201609-CampaignService>
 one
time and then you should be able to reuse that code for different
campaigns.

Thanks,
Sreelakshmi, AdWords API Team
