Hi, You may still use the AdWords API through test accounts. You may refer here <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/accounts-overview#test_accounts> for the steps on how to setup your test accounts and to this guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/authentication> on how to create the OAuth2 credentials. Once done, you may then refer here <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/first-api-call> on how to make your first api call.
