Hi, Based on the error message, you are experiencing a rate limit error at the account level <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/rate-limits#account_rate_scope>. One possible cause is that you are making too many requests per second on a single account. This said, you may want to check the number of API calls being done at the same time against the account in question.
I also recommend that you refer to the tips mentioned here <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/rate-limits#take_control> to minimize the number of request being made per second by your account. Additionally, you could use the exponential backoff policy when retrying your requests as stated in this section <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/bestpractices#distinguish_error_types> of our best practices guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/bestpractices>.
