Hi, Yes, it is possible to remove an audience criterion from your existing Campaigns or AdGroups, using CampaignCriterionService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201609/CampaignCriterionService> and AdGroupCriterionService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201609/AdGroupCriterionService> respectively. The process is the same as removing other criteria types like keyword, etc., an example of which is provided here <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-java-lib/blob/master/examples/adwords_axis/src/main/java/adwords/axis/v201609/basicoperations/RemoveKeyword.java> .
