Once you get the list of FeedIds <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201609/CampaignFeedService.CampaignFeed#feedid> associated to your campaign, you can then use the FeedItemService.get <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201609/FeedItemService#get> to retrieve the list of feed items <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201609/FeedItemService.FeedItem> .
