Hi, Unfortunately, the API does not have any service that provides this information.
As a workaround, you could check the change history <https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/19888?hl=en> from the AdWords UI and differentiate them by using the appropriate filter. You could also add a label <https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2475865?hl=en> while you create the campaign via the API which can be later used to identify the campaigns created by the API.
