Hello, I've read in the following AdWords Developer Blog post that the only changes to existing Text Ads that will be allowed in any supported AdWords API version on or after January 31, 2017 - are changes to the TextAd's Status

For example, will the "set" only be allowed by the API if the value of the "status" is being updated to DISABLED?
