Hi, Yes, a G Suite domain is a prerequisite in setting up a service account and apart from the Installed App and Web App <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/authentication#1_determine_your_app_type> (which requires user consent), the service accounts is currently the only way to access AdWords API data without user consent.
