Hi Erwin, You may use the approvalStatus <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201609/AdGroupAdService.AdGroupAd#approvalstatus> and trademarkDisapproved <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201609/AdGroupAdService.AdGroupAd#trademarkdisapproved> fields. These fields provide the ad's approval status and indicates if the ad is disapproved due to trademark policy issues. However, these do not provide 1-1 mapping as that of the AdWords UI. I will let the team know about the possible feature request.
