Well as I can see TargetingIdeaService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201609/TargetingIdeaService>. returns "keywords related to a seed keyword" and the associated category of that related keywords and that are different categories for different related keywords, but how to get the category of the original "seed keywords" in this case, or category of document, or site by URL.
