Hi Eshwar, This looks like a problem with your local environment/network setup. Such issues may occur if you are using a firewall that blocks some packets of data (if you are sitting behind a proxy for example) or some issue related to the network layer. I would recommend connecting to a different internet connection and retrying the API call.
