Hi David, You can get a list of changed objects in your account using the CustomerSyncService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201605/CustomerSyncService> . This example <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-java-lib/blob/master/examples/adwords_axis/src/main/java/adwords/axis/v201609/accountmanagement/GetAccountChanges.java#L73> in java explains how to go about it. Same example is available in other client libraries <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/clientlibraries> as well. Please note that CustomerSyncService cannot generate a full change history report at the most granular level (similar to the one available in the AdWords web interface); instead it can be used to get a list of the changed entities in the Customer->Campaign->AdGroup hierarchy.
