Every time I create a dynamic ad using values from the ad customizer feed,
I get literal values such as "Starting at {=customizerfeed.Price}". I've
read in some places that we need a "customer feed" to get the ad customizer
feed to work and inject values properly (is this true?), but I'm having
trouble properly setting up a customer feed. I've seen this
already https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/ad-customizers,
but it would help greatly to see some PHP examples. Thank you.
