Hi, All services in the AdWords API are still currently SOAP based and does not support REST. There has been no word yet if and when REST will be implemented. You may follow our blog <http://googleadsdeveloper.blogspot.com/search/label/adwords_api> for any updates regarding this feature.
Additionally, for future posts, I would recommend that you create a new topic in place of posting in older forum threads as this will allow us to better track AdWords API concerns.
